It's in Japanese captions with some speaking sections in English, but since it's a watch and learn as you go type of instructional video, this doesn't really matter.
It's a great DVD for anyone that will put in the time to learn some truly amazing ball control and special tricks.

Freestyle football has existed for some time, but it has seen a surge in popularity as a result of global advertising campaigns and digital media sharing. In the early 21st century, Nike began an advertising campaign which relied heavily on the freestyle form of football.
